Ann Arbor is home to the “Maize and Blue”, but for their weekend “Stars and Moons” took centerstage for Amy and Matt’s wedding. Surrounded by family from Ann Arbor and Syracuse, the ceremony at St. Mary’s on was filled with an outpouring of love and support. Nothing short of amazing. The combination of peonies, ranunculus, and soft dusty miller softened the modern vibe of Nacional 27 for Juan and Natalie’s wedding. Simple florals and a room saturated with candle light created the perfect setting for this cultural affair. Natalie’s carried a stunning bouquet of Fleming and Sarah Bernhart peonies with touches of soft astilbe and ranunculus. Peony season has finally arrived!

Style File: Anais and Bob at Galleria Marchetti

The week may have been rainy and cold, but the clouds parted for Bob and Anais’ nuptials at St. Vincents and Galleria Marchetti. The couple chose a beautiful, romantic color palette which allowed us to dive into the spring season of floral. The end result… a dream filled with clouds of babies breath, peonies, ranunculus, garden roses, and dusty miller for a start. The reception was held at Galleria Marchetti, whom this season unveiled a new dining tent outfitted with stunning new chandeliers. Anais'  Personal Flowers

The smell of freshly sharpened pencils, cool crisp air in the mornings, and fresh apples at the farmers markets; we know it’s time for the fall season. All the more reason to start the festivities at home preparing for the Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays.

We have combed over Pinterest, checked out or favorite decor blogs, and searched for inspiration at the flower markets. Transforming a home or throwing a themed party to reflect the season can be an undertaking, but with ample planning the decor elements will be the easiest part.
